Dithiobis(succinimidylpropionate) (DSP or DTSP) is a homobifunctional crosslinker that iscell membrane permeable. DSP has amine-reactiveN-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) esters at both ends of a cleavable,8-atom (12.0 angstrom) spacer arm. DSP contains a reducibledisulfide (thiol) bond in the spacer arm that make it a good choicefor various applications.
